Facebook 廣告如何排除外傭及東南亞人士

小編每天都要投放大量廣告,而很多廣告的優惠及信訊都只適用於及針對本地用戶,如何能精準地排除非本地受眾(尤其是慷慨的外傭、東南亞人及假人甚至Bot)成為了基本小編們要懂的技能!今次就與大家溫故知新(更新了2017年的文章)談談四個針對本地或特定地區用戶(任何一個地區或國家)的廣告投放基本設定。

第一步:地區、語言及年齡

地區:香港(或你想要的地區:台灣/馬來西亞等)
語言:
某地區使用的主要語言,例如繁體中文(香港及台灣),簡體中文則要視符廣告的內容或使用文字是否適合否則不建議選擇。
年齡:雖然年齡層與本地受眾沒太大關係但都想分享一下做法,Facebook 將年齡層分做7組,7個年齡組別分別是 13-17,  18-24,  25-34,  35-44,  45-54,  55-6465或以上,如果想針對的受眾年齡層是 24-35,小編會建議改成 25-34 否則 24-35 會接觸到 3個年齡層:18-24,  25-34,  35-44,而 25-34 剛好與一個年齡層相同所以可減少浪費預算投放到不想接觸的受眾身上。

第二步:本地傳媒第一「𠝹」

在興趣選擇本地傳媒是十分有用的排除非本地用戶的方法,大家可想想如非本地人是不會或不能閱讀本地媒體的新聞資訊有興趣,所以用本地傳媒去「𠝹」走非本地人十分有效。

有小編會問如果本地傳媒買了有大量非本地粉絲我用了該傳媒倣興趣會否吸來大量人?首先要明白廣告中選擇的興趣並不只是代表對該傳媒專頁讚好,還有用戶及朋友對專頁的互動量和在某專頁帖文停留時間等,所以此方法在一般都不會為大家帶來大量外傭或東南亞人的LIKE。

小編習慣用最少三層興趣去「𠝹」出適合的受眾。第一層是香港本地傳媒,第二層是較大路及普遍的興趣如 Online Shopping、Beauty、Art & Design、Fashion等,第三層就是較精準的篩選如子定品牌和比第二層深入一點的興趣如 Beauty 中的 Lipsticks、foundation 及 BB Cream 等。

第三步:興趣排除法

第三步是用排除興趣的方法將不想要的族裔及興趣群去除(如上圖),老一輩的小編會問為何不直接用 Expats(All)?的確用 Expats 是可以趕走大部分於海外工作的人但 Facebook 已移除個別國家的 Expats 如 Ex-pats(Indonesia),亦有小編喜歡排除外傭及東南亞人家鄉當地傳媒如:GMA Network、ABS-CBN、Eat Bulaga、Expat (Philippines)、GMA Network、TV Patrol,就像我們用本地傳媒作興趣去找出本地人一樣。

第四步:只針對手機用戶趕走假人及Bot

Double May 是行內(香港)對假人或吸引男性用戶交友帳號的稱呼(可 Google 找出處)。Double May 的誕生有兩個原因,一為跑數(衝互動量),二為做打手(詳情請到:公關c子:淺談網絡公關災難(三)-鍵盤戰士策略/),她們的共通點是 Profile Pic 十分之養眼及較少更新,大部分 Double May 的爸爸(操控者)都是用 Desktop 去管理(或程式編寫的Bot),所以我們就針對這點將我們的廣告設定成只針對手機用戶群,那接觸到低質素 Double May 的機會比較低。而用手機去管理的 Double May 通常比較高質(指互動方面),真假難分之餘她們亦有可能點擊我們的廣告(她們都要找分享同 Like 去扮真人)。另外在港台及馬來西亞的的手機 Facebook App 使用人數比使用 Desktop 的多,所以除非你想投放廣告的產品及服務連結需要立即使用 Desktop(如電腦遊戲或程式),否則手機 Only 可以幫到大家!

總結:

跟上四點做應該可以「𠝹」出以本地人(香港人)為主的受眾,其實用地區、語言及年齡已可排除50-60%的非本地用戶,再加上傳媒去 Double Confirm 就差不多可達 9成,有行家建議用排除法去排除某個國家的當地傳媒亦是一個好方法(但小編個人就比較少用),但排除之前必需要使用地區、語言及年齡及本地傳媒去做第一及第二道防線,排除法可令受眾群更加精準,而想較少假人就再用手機 Only 方法。
