Facebook 增加粉絲實戰策略
Facebook Page 增加粉絲實戰策略,有不少小編問粉絲由零開始應該點做,不同專頁唔同客有唔同 Objective,我哋綜合幾個類型同過往經驗分享4個粉絲數目為階段的上粉策略,步驟和先後次序可因不同專頁而有所分別,歡迎留討論。

第一階段:粉絲數目0

開新 Page 首先要用盡方法令粉絲數目過百,因為要過百粉絲先可以啟動 Facebook Insight。內容當然緊要但呢次講上粉策略,可睇留言有上星期分享過嘅25個跑數內容手法。頭100個 fans 可邀請朋友或同事,盡量以專頁 Target Audience(如年齡、性別及興趣)為目標去邀請(除非你係唔開得真身如我哋咁就呢個時間要落 Ad 啦),咁對你日後再上粉有好大幫助,但千萬唔好邀請老友記(長輩),因為佢地大部分都好支持後輩而秒Like你個 Page 同 Post,唔想日後所有老友記成為你的頭號粉絲就要諗諗。

第二階段:粉絲數目100-1000

粉絲到達100人之後就可以使用Facebook Insight,首先要睇睇粉絲insights 睇睇是否你想要的年齡層同性別,因你個 Base 得100,除非你好快出到隻 Killer Post(Engagement 高又吸到你想要嘅TA),好多人Share 又啱你TA,建議出 Post 出密少少快啲試出 Killer Post,否則100-1000呢個時刻真係好辛苦,因為好多人都未必會 Organically Like 1000粉以下的專頁,所以要開始落廣告。

廣告可以從以下兩方面入手:

  1. 粉絲的朋友:首先假設頭100名粉絲係你想要嘅人,那可用群眾影響力去派廣告俾佢地。
  2. 首次廣告A/B Test:就算老手小編在開新專頁時都要做大量A/B Testing去了解下受眾群嘅反應,所以可以試由多個年齡層及相關興趣出發,如18-24、25-34及35-44等及性別、喜好和內容,之後根據結果再慢慢微調。

第三階段:粉絲數目1000-5000

粉絲到達1000人,呢個心理關口對好多人決定 Like 唔 Like 嚟講好重要,Like 一個過咗1000人嘅 Page 會易過3個位Fans數嘅 Page。經過頭1000 Fans 你應該對咩內容易上粉有一定心得,除咗不斷製作可自然上粉嘅內容外,同埋應該有1-2隻 Killer Post 可以重覆使用嚟做廣告,落廣告記得排除已 Like 你個 Page 嘅Fans呀!

廣告策略可用以下兩個方法:

  1. 對有潛質的 Post 落 Post Reach/ Engagement 廣告加大接觸率,你可邀請 Like 過 Post 嘅人去 Like Page(邀請係免費)
  2. 針對與 Post 有互動(CLS: Comment, Like Share 或 Video View) 過嘅人派發廣告,因為佢同你啲 Post 互動過 Like Page 嘅可能性會大好多。

第四階段:粉絲數目5000-10000

粉絲過5000人,照道理如果 Keep 住出 Post 會有 Organic Fans Growth,你可試用 Page 身份去不同專頁/ Group 進行互動(要確保適合你個 Page 嘅形象),由於有5000人如果係有心經營應該已有一班忠實Fans,可攪一啲小 Campaign 去做多啲互動同帶多啲人入嚟,Chatbot 留言+1都係一個好方法,當然要配合適當內容。

廣告策略可用以下兩個方法:

  1. 用粉絲做 Lookalike 用戶群,Facebook 的 Lookalike 功能可以根據指定受眾群的興趣去找類似的用戶,你有5000人以上準確度可以接受使用 Lookalike。之後可增大 Lookalike %用戶群,Lookalike 最多可去到 10%,可由1%-3%試試。
  2. 嘗試用廣告去接觸非 1st Priority TA 嘅用戶,係時間去發掘新客戶,如女性產品嘅核心 TA 係18-34的女性,可試試用唔同嘅內容角度去接觸 35-44 的女性,甚至以男性買產品俾女朋友的角度去接觸非核心用戶。
