20種社交媒體內容表達手法

小編為自己或為客戶做內容時,就算內容支柱(Content Pillars)已定好但都要子細想想內容的表達手法,同一個格式(如影片、Stories、圖片)都可以有不同的表達手法,例如要賣一隻杯可以用開箱文、送 KOL 產品再出感謝文或 Hard-sell 地列出產品的功能及好處。以下是大家日常於社交網絡上見到的 20種內容的表達手法 Checklist,方便大家做內容時參考一下,無論是 KOL 還是品牌甚至是不同類型的機構都適用。

1. 語錄:

一句有力易明的說話秒速令產生共鳴,語錄多數來自名人、大家公認的人物或大部分人的心聲,同時亦是大家喜愛收藏及分享,語錄制作簡單所以可以做定幾個備用。

2. Meme圖:

網上Meme圖 (梗圖 )何其多,根據你品牌的類別利用令大家會心微笑的圖片,由於Meme圖製作簡單,不妨做定幾張必要時用 。

3. 開箱文:

好睇在開箱者的反應和第一身感覺,大家對從來未公開的產品會更加為期待,影片比文章更受歡迎,但對開箱的演技要求也比較高,不要太假,做少好過做多。

4. 訪問(非代言人):

可以是名人、KOL或是街上素人,總之不是由品牌自己或代言人出口便可,正反意見也最好包括在內會令人更易相信。

5. 訪問(快問快答影片):

以影片為主,多數是沒有主持的訪問, 比一般訪問節奏明快,內容要以輕鬆為主,可加入選擇或是非題加快節奏,最重要令觀眾睇得開心。

6. 感謝文:

感謝品牌送上產品或各界幫忙才令活動能順利進行,通過感謝文去告知活動開幕或產品發佈是明星或KOL常用的手法,但謹記不要太僐。

7. 自我挑戰/ 挑戰別人:

經典例子:Ice bucket Challenge,大家都很在意挑戰者能否完成甚至勝出,挑戰過程由辛苦訓練到準備比賽一刻都亦令大家感興趣,如果可以引起其他人接受挑戰就有機會成為 Viral Campaign了。

8. 數據統計:

有趣的數據統計例如全港XX的使用量、男女比例、人工、年齡甚至個人資料的數據而帶出產品或服務資訊。例如「全港 70% 小編都用 Ad Manager」比「全港大部分小編都用 Ad Manager」更有說服力,數據可令內容更有說服力。

9. Before & After 前後對比:

 前後對比圖片的分別愈大就愈有吸引力,無論是妝前妝後、減肥前後或學某種技能前後的分別都十分受歡迎,謹記不要 P 圖 P 得太過份或是露出馬腳。

10. 名人的成功/激勵故事:

利用與品牌或產品類別相關的名人成功故事去吸引注意,這些內容 80-90% 都是與故事相關,只在最後一小段提及產品或服務便可,謹記不要大早 Hard-sell 品牌資訊,吸引用戶來的是故事,要 Soft-selling 一點。

11. 成功爭取/恭賀文:

恭賀品牌推出新產品或服務,友好 KOL/品牌的里程碑如人生大事、開新店甚至專頁過X萬都可以是恭賀內容,有點叨別人的光但是十分有效。

12. 常見問題(Q&A):

引用顧客問題並作出回應,總吸引過要用戶到 Q&A 頁閱讀所有資料。可以考慮用比較輕鬆的手法發問,回答也可較人性化,少用太官方的口吻。

13. 分析文:

寫分析文要用很多資源及時間,同時要對事情/產品有專業的知識才有能力分析,但因為此類文章高質,被 Like 及分享的機會比一般手法大很多。

14. 小測驗:

心理、星座、生肖、工作、日常習慣及對事情的想法,加上 Chatbot 可以大大提高 Engagement,但要避免給用戶麻煩,所以 Chatbot 內容要高質,不要再亂用留言+1了。

15. 知識/資訊文:

大部分網民都習慣於社交網絡自學新知識,教學及知識分享通常都有多人支持,由減肥化妝至冷知識及如何教仔,內容要簡單易明,太複雜太長會叫人難以理解。

16. Making Of 圖/影片:

Making of 影片往往比成品更吸引,無論是藝術創作、煮食、場地佈置及化妝都容易引起粉絲注意及分享。

17. 傳統/世界性節日:

中西節日祝粉絲們節日快樂已是常識,更進一步可以查看 World Day,各種各地千奇百怪日子如世界睡眠日、世界親親老闆日和飲水日等都足夠每月出 3-4 個 Post。

18. 有趣好笑圖片/影片:

動物與BB影片永遠不會輸,BB 動物更加無敵。另外一些特殊技能如叠起 10 個一毫子、神力一拳打爆鋼門等獵奇影像(要考慮版權問題)。

19. 問題(投票):

提升 Engagement 必用,但問題不要太一面倒,能引起理性討論效果更好。美容 KOL 常問:「今日靚唔靚?」倒不如問:「今天穿紅色還是紫色?」更易引起討論。

20. Infographic/圖像化:

大家一定遇過沈悶與複雜的內容,如果可以把其消化並以 Infographic 或「一圖睇哂」的方法去表達,令用戶更容易明白並吸引內容對品牌有很大幫助,當然要找好的設計專才去製作。
